- Custom-Made Products: All AirShield Glazing panels are custom-made to fit your windows perfectly.
- Availability: If we experience a high volume of orders or run out of materials, production and delivery may take longer. If this happens, we’ll update the delivery time on our product page: AirShield Glazing Panels. Please check the page for the latest updates.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices: All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Once you place an order, the price is locked in for that purchase.
- Payment: Payments must be made when you place your order. We accept various payment methods, which will be shown at checkout.
4. Order Process and Cancellations
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, we’ll email you a confirmation. This means we’ve received your order and will start processing it.
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing info@airshieldglazing.com. After this time, your panels will go into production and cannot be canceled, as they’re custom-made just for you.
- Measurements Matter: Please double-check your measurements before placing an order! If incorrect measurements are provided, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
5. Delivery
- Our Responsibility: Your panels are our responsibility until they arrive safely at your door.
- What to Do if There’s an Issue: If your panels arrive damaged or incorrect, email info@airshieldglazing.com within 7 days, and we’ll replace them for free.
6. Warranty and Guarantee
- 90 Day Warranty:
We stand by the quality of our panels. If there’s a manufacturing defect (like cracked acrylic, faulty frames, or incorrect dimensions caused by us), we’ll replace your panel for free within 90 days of delivery.What’s Not Covered:
- Incorrect measurements provided by you.
- Damage caused by improper installation, accidents, or external events (e.g., weather).
- Changes made to the panel after delivery.
- Minor scratches or cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect performance.
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
We promise your panels will noticeably reduce heat loss, condensation, or noise. If you don’t see improvements within 30 days of delivery, let us know, and we’ll work with you to fix the problem.
7. Offers and Promotions
Promotions and discounts are exciting, but they come with a few rules:
- Limited-Time Offers: Promotions are valid only for the timeframes listed on our Site or in our emails.
- No Double Discounts: Discounts can’t be combined unless we say otherwise.
